Inzko: Šešelju je ranije zabranjen ulazak u BiH i ta odluka je i dalje na snazi

Visoki predstavnik u BiH Valentin Inzko izjavio je da je Vojislavu Šešelju, prema ranijim odlukama visokih predstavnika, zabranjen ulazak u BiH.

“Postoji odluka iz 1998. godine tadašnjeg visokog predstavnika Carlos Westendorp, kojom se Šešelju zabranjuje ulazak u BiH. Tu odluku potvrdio je i bivši visoki predstavnik Paddy Ashdown i ona je još na snazi”, rekao je Inzko za TV1.

On je dodao da Ministarstvo sigurnosti BiH treba da utvrdi da li je Šešelj državljanin BiH.

“Ukoliko jeste, on ima pravo da uđe u BiH, u suprotnom, odluka o zabrani ulaska je na snazi”, dodao je Inzko.

Nakon što mu je Haški tribunal izrekao oslobađajuću presudu, Šešelj je najavio da će posjetiti BiH i Hrvatsku.
